origin新版本EA APP目前已经正式启用了，现在大家从origin官网下载的客户端就是ea app的了，不过不少玩家反馈EA APP问题依旧不少。最近又出了点问题，其中就有我，错误代码：INST-14-1612（09-7152）。

如图所见，我购买的战地5因为这个破烂的EA APP!

而无法启动，我写了EA 支持，EA客服回复了我一个不相关的问题的解决方案，并关闭了我的支持案例。（Can't install EA app (INST-14-1612) - Answer HQ）
